This bed cap weighs in at 260g all together which helps provide additional rear-wheel traction and makes the C10 pull even harder wheelies. Made of a durable composite material that can easily withstand roll-overs and slides. This material is also 100% Paintable so you can add dirt/grime/rust/pinstriping effects to the cap as desired, or paint it a completely different color to paint-match your body. This shell is a 4-piece design that bolts together in less than 20 minutes, and all mounting hardware, windows, and window templates are included. The rear window can be set to be loose so it flops up and down during a run, or tightened up so it stays up at any position. The handle is functional and can be rotated 90 degrees to lock or unlock the rear window. Cap bolts to the rear bed of the truck with 8 bolts, using the existing 4 bolt holes from the wing mount so only 4 small holes need to be drilled on the stock bed rails. For assembly you will need a 0.05" SAE Driver, a 2.0mm Metric Driver, a pair of straight or curved scissors, and 1/16" & 5/16" Drill bits. The windows come clear and can be tinted using any Polycarbonate-Safe Hobby Grade Spray Paint.
