AJCMods 3D Printed Roof Rack for the Axial SCX6
This custom Roof Rack Kit is designed with function and scale in mind! This can be mounted directly to the roof for a sleek low profile, or use the provided risers for extra height and utility. The rack has built in pockets for LED lights (8 front, 6 rear) and we provide a backing plate to keep all wiring tidy.
Install Instructions:
The two main rack halves join together in the middle using those two oval shaped joiner pieces and (4) screws. The rack assembly can then be mounted flush to the roof line, or raised from the roof using the (8) 90 degree elbows. Mounting flush requires drilling at least 4 holes in the roof at any one of the existing holes on the roof rack. Mounting with the offset brackets requires drilling 8 holes in the rounded roof-side part of the body - simply install the brackets on the roof rack and line it up on the body, then mark the 8 spots where the brackets touch the body.
